Her husband is Paul Henry. They had celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary on April 27.
Born April 17, 1938 in Hop Bottom, daughter of the late Kennard and Irene Rollar Gramps, she was a graduate of Hop Bottom High School and years ago worked in Hunters Store in Hop Bottom.
Barbara was a lifetime member of the Hop Bottom Hose Company. She loved to bowl and collected owls and Eeyores. She also loved to ride with her husband in his truck on his over-the-road trips.
Surviving are three daughters, Susanna Pratt, Carla Benedict and Sandra Henry; and a son, Brian Henry, all of Hop Bottom; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a special little buddy, Kedon.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Hop Bottom United Methodist Church, with services by the Rev. Phillip Richardson.
The family will receive friends from noon until service time.
