She was born in Scranton on Oct. 20, 1919, the daughter of the late Adam and Mary Klem Zick.
She is the widow of William Fallon, who died on Dec. 4, 1995.
Helen’s greatest love was farming. She lived on the Fallon Farm for more than 70 years, and loved her gardening, canning, crocheting and doing farm work.
Helen is survived by her brother, Edward, who lives in Florida and is 91-years-old; one daughter, Patricia Barankovich and husband, Ron; three sons, Raymond, Duane and wife, Adeline; and Paul and wife, Pauline; eight grandchildren, Elizabeth Holden and husband, Patrick; Christopher, Larissa, Sondra, Kristina, Victoria and Sabrina Fallon and Bridget Watson; and two great-grandchildren, William Hardy and Anna Bell Garcia Watson.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Al, Bill and Adam Zick; three sisters, Tillie Elias, Ruth Kronen and Elsie Mikolon; a son, Edward; and a grandson, Richard Stoddard.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Grace Lutheran Church, Hop Bottom, with services by the Rev. Kim Bode.
Interment will be in the South Gibson Cemetery.
The viewing will be Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Charles H. Litwin Funeral Home, 91 State St., Nicholson, and one hour before service time at the church.
